Job summary

Frontier Waste Solutions is seeking a Fleet Service Technician in Texas to inspect, diagnose, and maintain our fleet of vehicles and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair electrical/hydraulic systems, and read technical manuals to stay current with fleet components.

You will also maintain records, support emergency service calls, and conduct safety checks, using welding where applicable. High school diploma or automotive training and 2+ years’ experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment and truck maintenance experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing gasoline and diesel powered equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive college/technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems.
• Read reports and manuals to stay current on fleet components.
• Maintain maintenance records per company policy and regulations.
• Perform emergency service calls and safety checks on vehicles.
