AAA Club Alliance is hiring Fleet Repair Technicians A and B at our Philadelphia location. A $1000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible hours. ASE certifications are preferred, and the role includes substantial benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications: A4 Suspension & Steering, A5 Brakes, A6 Electrical/Electronic Systems.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience with PC-based diagnostic tools and automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, HVAC, electrical systems, and engines.
• Schedule and prioritize work to maximize vehicle reliability and fleet availability.
• Document inspections, repairs, and parts usage in the fleet maintenance system.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and parts procurement.
