We are an in‑office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
As a Fleet Reliability Engineer at Applied Intuition, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our vehicle fleets across multiple projects. Your primary focus will be optimizing operational hardware and software—specifically sensor suites and onboard compute systems—and conducting rigorous validation testing throughout the vehicle lifecycle. By driving systemic quality and stability improvements for our on‑road vehicles, your technical contributions will directly enable and scale our broader fleet operations.
Base salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 USD annually. Total compensation includes base salary, equity, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Benefits are subject to change and may vary by jurisdiction.
