Fleet Repair Solutions is expanding its service team in Aurora, CO and seeks experienced Transport Refrigeration Technicians to service trailer units in the field. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, independence, and keeping fleet equipment running at peak performance.

You will troubleshoot refrigeration units, perform preventive maintenance, interpret wiring diagrams, and document work from a mobile service truck.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with transport refrigeration systems.
• Background in trailer repair and ability to complete DOT inspections.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience diagnosing faults using alarm codes.
• Welding experience (steel and aluminum) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean history; CDL preferred but not required.
