Responsibilities

• Diagnose refrigeration units and service/build systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigerated trailers and fleet equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns to ensure temperature control and DOT-compliant readiness.
• Collaborate with drivers and fleet leaders to coordinate repairs.
• Document work in maintenance systems and logs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the fleet operation.
