Job summary

Zipcar is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to keep our citywide vehicles ready for members. You’ll work across Miami to clean, maintain, and transport cars where needed, often on foot, bike, or using a Zipcar to reach vehicles.

You’ll be the front line for member satisfaction, coordinating with the operations team to update vehicle status, and handling outdoor tasks in a dynamic urban environment. This full-time role includes benefits and growth opportunities within the Zipcar/Avis Budget

Qualifications

• Strong time management to juggle priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with the operations team about vehicle status.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry tools/marketing materials up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work 40-hour weeks including weekends and holidays.
