Job summary

R&R Solutions in Gravette, AR is seeking a Fleet Service Specialist to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the company fleet. You will support the mechanical team with detailing, basic maintenance, and shop tasks in a hands-on environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with 1+ years in automotive or fleet work being a plus. We offer a stable schedule, full benefits, a 401(k) plan and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 50-75+ lbs daily.
• 1+ years of related automotive or fleet experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle detailing and preparation: interior and exterior cleaning for cars, vans, trucks and trailers.
• Preventative maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, basic tasks to keep fleet safe.
• Shop support: assist fleet mechanics with equipment maintenance and asset prep.
• Facility stewardship: keep work area safe and organized; custodial tasks.
• Safety and compliance: follow shop safety protocols and assist with facility needs.
