Job summary

Nova-Lines-Inc-1 is seeking a Parts Runner to support fleet maintenance by picking up, transporting, and delivering parts, tools, and supplies to and from the parts room, shop floor, and vendors.

You will verify shipments against orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure parts are stored or handed off to technicians to minimize downtime. Strong communication with shop personnel and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Basic knowledge of truck and trailer parts.
• 1-2 years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or related field preferred.
• Experience in trucking, automotive, or mechanical environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the flow of parts deliveries.
• Assures constant assistance to the parts department.
• Ensures clear execution of parts orders.
• Helps maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department and shop.
• Removes trash and disposes of boxes and other debris.
• Assists with general shop housekeeping.
