Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage the movement and inventory of fleet vehicles, trailers, and equipment across multiple locations. You will track utilization, run audits, and ensure compliance with registrations, permits, and inspections across states.

The role requires 2+ years in fleet coordination, strong Excel and reporting skills, and the ability to collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Safety and EHS. On-site work in Arizona, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fleet coordination, asset tracking, inventory or logistics experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-location movements and registrations preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools for tracking asset utilization.

Responsibilities

• Promote organized fleet and equipment inventory across MVN locations.
• Track assignments, availability, utilization and establish minimum thresholds.
• Drive company vehicles to relocate assets between locations and sites.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate registrations, permits, inspections, and related deadlines across states.
