Responsibilities

• Wire up dashboards so Santa Clarita managers stop asking you for the same numbers
• Turn a recurring exception into a rule the system handles itself
• Negotiate vendor terms that look slow-to-anger on paper and hold up in practice
• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it
• Argue the problem-solving option even when the room already loves the safe one
• Spot the bottleneck nobody mentions in the standup and unclog it
