Job summary

TruGreen in Nashville is seeking an analytics professional to collect data, analyze operational metrics, and make recommendations to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance profit for the company. You will develop queries across multiple systems, provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting and forecasting, verify fleet invoices, and help standardize operating metric analysis.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance with 2–4 years’ experience and strong Power BI and Excel skills are

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in operations analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel is strongly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced skills in Excel and Access
  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data and effectively communicate results
  • Ability to query using SQL

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks

Pay Ranges

Pay Ranges $54,983.00 - $91,638.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
