Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Austin, TX is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on our fleet vehicles. Work days are Monday through Friday, 2 PM to completion, with potential overtime as needed.

Starting pay ranges from $27.39 to $34.00 per hour, based on experience, and there are opportunities for performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED required.
• 1+ years of mechanic experience on light and heavy equipment.
• 3+ years journeyman mechanic experience preferred.
• Gasoline, diesel and propane vehicle experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all types of vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance in fleet.
• Respond to service calls.

General Purpose

• Pick up and deliver vehicles.

Qualifications

Education: High School or GED required.

Experience: 1 Plusyears of mechanic experience on light and heavy equipment required. 3 Plusyears journeyman mechanic experience preferred. Gasoline, diesel and propane vehicle experience preferred. Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude. May be required to supply automotive hand tools (not including heavy duty or diagnostic tools). ASE certification preferred.
