Job summary

Forward Air is seeking a skilled Mechanic to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced transportation environment. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing tractors, trailers, and material-handling equipment that support expedited LTL, intermodal, and final mile operations across North America.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, brake, and engine systems, and respond to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime.
