Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair a range of engines and equipment used in outdoor landscapes. You will perform routine maintenance, inspect and diagnose issues, and ensure safe, efficient operation of the fleet.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience with trucks, diesel engines, and welding, with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and the role may require weekends or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with basic truck and vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Experience with diesel engines, heavy and light equipment.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of engines.
• Provide information and reports on equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment operates safely and efficiently at all times.
• Complete required administrative tasks related to fleet management, including documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
