Job summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing in North Wales, PA is seeking an experienced Mechanic to support the maintenance, repair, and operation of company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. This hands-on role requires diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance to keep the fleet safe and operational.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mechanical experience, strong automotive and diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic experience required.
• Experience with trucks, fleet vehicles, or trailers preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair company vehicles, including fleet trucks.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep vehicles safe and operational.
• Identify mechanical and electrical issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain records of maintenance, parts, and service.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs.
• Safely operate vehicles and transport materials between locations.
