Job summary

Forward Air is seeking a skilled Mechanic to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced transportation environment. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair tractors, trailers, and material-handling equipment across North America, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, brake, and engine systems.

You’ll work with operations teams, follow DOT standards, maintain accurate service records, and contribute to reliability, safety, and customer service
