MMT Ambulance Canton is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to diagnose, repair and maintain our EMS vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety and reliability for patient transport. You will perform preventive maintenance, document records, and source parts to keep a large fleet running smoothly.

Ideal candidates hold a valid driver’s license, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and are proficient with fleet management systems. ASE or OEM certifications are a plus but not required.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with repair and maintenance of ambulance or emergency vehicles preferred.
• Proficiency in light diesel and gas vehicle repair.
• Ability to document actions in Fleet Management System.
• ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnoses, rebuilds, and repairs vehicles and equipment.
• Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Documents vehicle records in Fleet Management system.
• Execute major and minor repairs of defective components and vehicle systems.
• Sources and procures parts/supplies through MMT national accounts and maintains organized, safe work environment.

Successful candidates will perform preventative maintenance, diagnosis, service and repair of all vehicle and patient transport/securement systems.
