You'll work alongside experienced mechanics to learn diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and efficient repairs, while developing skills that support production and career growth within our company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Dependable, organized, and able to follow through.
• Comfortable working in shop and outdoor environments.
• Mechanical experience helpful but not required.
• Interest in trucks, trailers, diesel systems, or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy construction equipment.
• Assist experienced mechanics with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Help prepare equipment to be safe, available, and job-ready.
• Learn how to identify mechanical problems before they cause larger failures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized.
• Develop diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on training.
• Support the team in reducing equipment downtime and repeat repairs.
