Meijer Inc. is seeking a skilled mechanic to maintain and repair Meijer-owned rolling stock in outbound logistics. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, DOT compliance, and reliable operation of tractor-trailers.

You will perform diagnostics and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including brakes, welding, and fabrication, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail logistics network.

Qualifications

• A combined of twelve months of experience in the following categories is required.
• A min of one year of experience on disc/drum abs air brake systems, mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Welding and Fabrication.

Responsabilités

• Perform all preventive maintenance and major repairs to all of Meijer owned rolling stock adhering to Federal DOT standards.
• Mechanic in Outbound Logistics department will be utilized to perform repair work and preventive maintenance on Meijer owned Tractor and Trailers.

Responsibilities
