Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with gasoline and diesel vehicles.
• Experience with vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps, and related equipment.
• ASE/NATEF Certification and knowledge of engine mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair gasoline and diesel light, medium, and heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Service pumps and related equipment; ensure safety and compliance.

Ancon is seeking experienced Diesel Fleet Mechanics to join their team in Lincoln, CA. This role involves maintaining and repairing company vehicles, including gasoline and diesel light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, as well as pumps and related equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and eager to contribute to a supportive, family-owned company serving refineries and power plants.

What You’ll Need

• 3 or more years of experience with gasoline & diesel vehicles (preferred)
• Experience with vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps, and related equipment
• Experience with Liquid Vac and Dry Vac Trucks
• ASE/NATEF Certification
• Knowledge of engine mechanics (gasoline and diesel)
• Physically fit for job requirements
