Job summary

COAST is seeking a skilled Full-Time Second Shift Mechanic in Dover, NH to inspect, repair, and service our fleet of minibuses. The role requires hands-on maintenance on-site and during road calls, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate will hold a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, valid Medical Examiner's Certificate, and have experience diagnosing diesel and gasoline engines. Passenger endorsement preferred; must obtain if not already held within six months.

Qualifications

• Possess the standard hand tools required to perform the job and have experience using them.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Have relevant experience troubleshooting and repairing diesel- and gasoline-powered vehicles.
• Hold a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement and a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• A Passenger Endorsement is preferred. Applicants without one must obtain it within six months of hire.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly

COAST is seeking a skilled Full-Time Second Shift Mechanic to help keep our fleet safe on the road. COAST mechanics inspect, repair, and service our fleet both on-site and during road calls as needed.

• 16 medium and light-duty gasoline-powered minibuses

This position plays an important role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for service through routine preventive maintenance, accurate diagnostics, and quality repairs.

Schedule

Applicants must be willing to work assigned shift hours and days, typically Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and participate in the on-call rotation every other Saturday.

The ideal candidate will:
