Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Sherwood, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair support on vehicles across multiple manufacturers, ensuring readiness, safety, and service quality.

Starting pay is $23/hr based on a 40-hour week. We offer a comprehensive Benefits Package including Paid time off, health, dental, vision, 401k with matching profit sharing, life insurance, and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous technician/mechanical experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years, and no DUI/DWI convictions in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random drug/alcohol testing.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and light repairs to support vehicle reliability and performance.
• Document maintenance and repair activities and maintain parts/inventory records.
• Verify vehicle readiness and service quality upon completion of maintenance.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, and equipment standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and service equipment.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and training.
