Job summary

RATP Dev USA in Edmond, OK is seeking a Light-Duty Maintenance Mechanic to perform basic repairs and keep buses and facilities safe for daily operation.

The hourly rate starts at $20.00–$22.00, with evenings 1:00 PM–9:00 PM and Saturdays 11:00 AM–7:00 PM; you will record mileage and repairs, inspect vehicles and yard, and work with the Director of Maintenance to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local traffic rules.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work varied shifts.
• Mechanical skills for light repairs.

Responsibilities

• Record mileage and repairs for safety.
• Perform light repair work and maintenance.
• Inspect buses, facility and yard daily.
• Submit parts requests and track inventory.
• Respond to road calls and emergencies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments.
