7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the preventative maintenance program for Class 8 tractors and tank trailers, coordinating with fleet operations, maintenance teams, and third-party vendors.

You will also manage vehicle damage reporting and recovery costs with the TPA. The role emphasizes data integrity of the Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS), regulatory compliance, and producing performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fleet maintenance with internal teams and third-party vendors.

• Ability to generate maintenance reports and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute Company’s fleet preventive maintenance program with Fleet Operations team, Fleet Maintenance team and third-party vendors.
• Manage third-party vendors for vehicle services and repairs, review estimates, issue PO and approve invoices.
• Oversee Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS) data integrity and repair history; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide details for recovery expenses with third-party administrator for vehicle damage claims.
• Generate fleet maintenance performance reports.
• Conduct audits of internal repair orders to ensure compliance with requirements.

JOB SUMMARY

Will oversee and facilitate the preventative maintenance program of the fuel delivery equipment (Class 8 tractors and tank trailers). This includes coordinating fleet services and repairs with the fleet maintenance team, third-party vendors and other internal stakeholders.

In addition, will oversee the vehicle damage reporting with Company's third-party administrator for recovery of vehicle repair costs.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Coordinate, plan, and execute Company’s fleet preventive maintenance program with Fleet Operations team, Fleet Maintenance team and third-party vendors.
• Manage and oversee the use of third-party vendor for vehicle services and repairs, including the review and approval of estimates, issuance of purchase/repair orders and approval of invoices for repairs and service work
• Oversee and maintain Company’s Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS) system with strong focus on regulatory compliance and vehicle repair history (data integrity).
• Provide details for the recovery expenses with Company’s third-party agent (TPA) for vehicle damage claims
• Generate fleet maintenance performance reports
• Conduct reviews (audits) of internal repair order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy requirements
