Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and drive vehicle readiness across locations. You will oversee service maintenance, coordinate staff, and ensure adherence to metrics and safety standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic rental-car environment. The role requires a background in vehicle maintenance supervision, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules while maintaining best-in-class service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role overseeing vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent multi-tasking and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage, develop and motivate staff.
• Must be computer literate with strong keyboarding skills.
• Knowledgeable in rental car procedures and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to all maintenance functions.
• Communicate daily tasks to staff to reach outlined service metrics and goals.
• Responsible for maintaining, and processing invoices.
• Responsible for coordinating schedules for service maintenance on all vehicles within the Pool as needed.
