Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our service location in Shafter, CA. You will drive downtime reduction and shop efficiency while leading skilled technicians in diesel truck, trailer, and refrigeration repair.

The role requires strong leadership, DOT compliance experience, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction at the Shafter site.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience in fleet, diesel, or trailer repair.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and transport refrigeration units.
• Experience with DOT compliance, safety protocols, and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to secure and utilize required tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
