Job summary

A leading logistics company in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Technician to provide quality maintenance for its fleet and ground support equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in advanced technical repair and maintenance, preferably with a vocational background. Candidates should also possess strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. This role offers a competitive pay range of $33.00 - $43.41 per hour and requires a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Four years of fleet, automotive or truck vehicle advanced technical repair and maintenance experience.
• Experience with welding and basic D.C. electrical troubleshooting preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, gasoline, diesel, electric, and/or hybrid motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely maintenance for FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment.
• Document work and maintain inventory using FedEx computer systems.
• Guide and support a staff of technicians and trainees.
