Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Fleet Lead Mechanic to maintain equipment operation by inspecting and performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing deficiencies, and keeping repair records. Under the direction of the Fleet Manager, you will address power and drive train systems, electrical components, air conditioning, fuel, emissions, brakes, and steering to ensure vehicle readiness and reliability.

Three years of mechanic experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive leadership mindset

Qualifications

Experience in electrical diagnostics and past mechanic experience.
Three (3) years of mechanic experience.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Prioritizes and uses time efficiently.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency & Leadership in completing all tasks.

Responsibilities

Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests, identifying worn and damaged parts.
Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, assembling components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering.
Ensures equipment availability by completing preventive maintenance schedules, installing component and part upgrades.
Demonstrates a consistent positive attitude to support a productive work environment. Cooperates, communicates, and works well with coworkers.
Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Hhelps Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
