Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on our fleet in Kentucky.

You will inspect, service, and maintain vehicles, grease and change fluids, and assist senior technicians with repairs while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read repair manuals, and good communication skills.

Formación

• 1–2 years of vehicle maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with diesel-powered vehicles preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of truck components.
• Knowledge of Lock/Tag Out procedures or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance of fleet vehicles safely and per policy.
• Inspect, lubricate, and service fleet vehicles per schedules.
• Grease, oil, and lubricate components during service.
• Check and change fluids and filters for fleet vehicles.
• Inspect electrical, air, and brake systems.
• Assist senior technicians with repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Identify worn or failed components and report them.
