Anduril Industries seeks a Fleet Integration Manager to lead test planning and fleet integration for surface platforms. The role combines hands-on at-sea testing with bridging engineering and fleet operations, shaping requirements and demonstrations in real-world conditions.
Applicants should have experience operating surface vessels, translating field experience into robust test plans, and a background in systems engineering for maritime platforms.
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Integration Manager to join our maritime team. This is a dual-hatted role: you will perform test engineering duties and lead fleet integration efforts, bringing hands-on at-sea operating experience into both. You will work closely with program leadership and across engineering, operations, and business development to build a team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry. Join our team and help build the next generation of surface platforms that redefine maritime operations.
Our team conducts full system-level development testing, new production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing, and more. If it involves test, we support it. If you want to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment where your work directly shapes the products we field, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Testing and fleet integration are the same problem seen from two angles. A test plan written without fleet operating experience misses the failure modes, workflows, and edge cases that matter at sea. In this role, you’ll apply that experience directly: time spent operating unmanned or manned surface vessels in real conditions, translated into test plans, demonstration events, and exercises that reflect how the fleet actually operates.
You also serve as the bridge between the engineering team and the fleet. You identify gaps between our platforms and existing fleet procedures, equipment, and concepts of employment, and feed that insight back into design and test planning. You represent the operator's perspective in design reviews and requirements discussions, and support direct engagement with fleet units and customers during integration, test, and demonstration events.
$146,000 — $194,000 USD
