Job summary
Superior Groundcover is seeking a mechanic to maintain our fleet of commercial vehicles, front end loaders and pickup trucks. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment in safe, reliable condition.
The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of commercial vehicle repair as well as knowledge of hydraulics and construction equipment. Knowledge in Express Blower and stone slinger repair is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance/repair of commercial vehicles.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and construction equipment.
- Experience with diesel engines and emissions systems is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance/Service: oil changes, chassis lubrication, tire repair
- Diesel engine and emissions system repair
- Repairing hydraulic lines
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems
- Keeping detailed records of repairs made
- Maintaining a clean work area
