Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance with Penske safety and DOT policies.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc).
• Maintaining clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs (tires, mounting/rotating).
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
