Job summary

Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Eden, MD to greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure they are ready to hit the road. You’ll be the face of Penske, delivering friendly service while learning vehicle maintenance processes with comprehensive training.

No prior experience required; you’ll be introduced to our procedures, taught to use our cutting-edge technology, and positioned to grow into a technician role within a company known for stability and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance with Penske safety and maintenance policies including DOT/OSHA requirements.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Driver qualification file and DOT requirements for driving Penske/customer vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections including tires and fluids.
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing other projects as assigned by supervisor.
