Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Fleet & Facility Operations to lead maintenance, refrigeration, and security for multiple site environments. You’ll drive proactive upkeep, safety, and regulatory compliance while directing a skilled team to optimize workflows with CMMS and automation technologies.

You’ll partner with QA, Safety, and Operations to protect product quality, maintain cold chain integrity, and manage budgets, labor, and vendor contracts across facilities and fleet functions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities management experience.
• 3 years working with refrigeration systems in cold chain.
• Proven leadership overseeing maintenance teams and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP regulations.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration, and security teams.
• Maintain cold chain integrity and respond to excursions or failures.
• Lead capital projects and coordinate repairs with other departments.
• Instill safety culture and enforce company policies.
• Budget labor hours, schedules, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure vendor compliance and manage equipment inventories.
