Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Shop Supervisor to oversee fleet, equipment, and inventory, ensuring readiness for field teams. You will manage vehicles, maintain equipment, and control supplies to support rapid disaster response.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and hands-on problem solving in a warehouse/shop environment with growth opportunities within the operations team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to manage vehicles, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and working in a warehouse/shop environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in restoration, construction, warehouse, or fleet management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fleet & vehicle management: track and maintain company vehicles, keep them clean and stocked, coordinate maintenance.
• Equipment oversight: manage air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and specialty tools, inspected and ready for the next job.
• Inventory control: keep PPE, chemicals, and drying materials stocked; handle orders, vendor relations, and storage.
• Shop operations: maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace; support field crews with prep and readiness.
