Job summary

Green Lawn Light Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee our equipment fleet, tools, and facility operations in Tippecanoe County and surrounding areas.

You will lead the servicing, repair, and preventative maintenance of commercial landscaping machinery, trucks, snow removal equipment, and small power tools. This role requires hands-on mechanical expertise, sharp problem-solving abilities, and proactive leadership to keep our fleet safe, reliable, and fully operational

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in fleet management or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with small engines, diesel/gas engines, hydraulic systems, and 12V electrical systems.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs in a hands-on shop environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet and equipment repairs for mowers, skid steers, plow trucks, trailers, and handheld power tools.
• Establish and execute a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.
• Manage parts inventory, tools, and supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop and proper handling of hazardous materials.
