Job summary

Qualifications

• Schedules and dispatches drivers and fleet for deliveries.
• Coordinates deliveries and pickups with drivers and customers.
• Maintains driver logs, inspections, and vehicle readiness.
• Reports fleet needs to Operations Manager and resolves service issues.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls regarding deliveries and coordinates with customers.
• Filing orders and invoices; maintain office workstation.
• Promotes safety and ensures compliance with company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
