• Coordinate dispatch operations in a Cloud ERP system and manage service providers
• Assign drivers based on orders, availability, and client needs
• Ensure timely communication with customers and maintain system updates
• Develop action plans to improve service levels and reduce failures
• Ensure compliance with FMCSR, state, and local regulations
• Create contingency plans for emergencies and ensure asset security
