Position Overview

At Golden Limousine International, we take pride in providing world‑class transportation services through our premium fleet of sedans, SUVs, vans, and luxury motor coaches. We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Fleet Detailer who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to vehicle presentation and care.

Milan, MI

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of sedans, SUVs, vans, and luxury coaches
• Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean windows, polish chrome, and deodorize interiors
• Sanitize all high‑touch surfaces according to company health and safety protocols
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑detailing inspections to ensure vehicles meet Golden’s standards
• Report any damage, wear, or maintenance needs to the Fleet Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment
• Replenish detailing supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
• Safely move vehicles in and out of bays and parking areas
• Assist with seasonal needs including salt removal, de‑icing, and preparing vehicles for peak seasons

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full‑time position with steady, year‑round hours
• Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Use of protective equipment and cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Passion for vehicles and pride in maintaining high‑quality work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes
• Dependable attendance is required — this role plays a critical part in daily operations, and attendance is strictly enforced
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands‑on physical work
