ARCO Companies seeks a detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support day-to-day fleet operations. You will coordinate vehicle onboarding, assignments, and fleet system setup while maintaining accurate records. You will administer fuel and rental programs, assisting associates with routine questions and liaising with HR, Accounting, Payroll, and onboarding teams to ensure accuracy.

ARCO is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our growing fleet operations. This role will work closely with the Director of Fleet and teams across the organization to coordinate vehicle assignments, maintain accurate fleet records, support key fleet programs, and provide day-to-day assistance to associates.
