Qualifications

• 5+ years’ hands-on automotive maintenance and repairs
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
• Own and maintain personal tools for the role
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium duty fleet vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and tools
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to support fleet operations
