Dry Force Corp, a leading restoration services company, is seeking an experienced Fleet and Asset Manager to oversee vehicles, equipment, and assets. Ensure fleet safety, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, and accurate asset tracking while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in fleet management, asset accountability, and safety compliance within a fast-paced field-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet, asset, or logistics management.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA Texas regulations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience with fleet management software and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Fleet Safety Program and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain driver records and safety training documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs and upkeep.
• Monitor fuel usage, fuel card compliance, and fleet operating expenses.
• Investigate vehicle incidents and coordinate corrective actions with HR.
• Enforce safe driving practices and vehicle usage policies.
