Job purposeThe Field Service Tech Master Journeyman rotates on a 14/14 schedule servicing customers and units in a designated region. As a member of the Rapid Response team the Field Service Technician Master Journeyman provides technical assistance in diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of heavy equipment, working closely with all levels of technicians.
