Responsibilities

• Assist chief flavorist in developing and modifying flavor formulations.
• Work directly with customers to develop flavors per needs.
• Prepare flavor samples and compounds for evaluation.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in sensory evaluations and aroma assessments.
• Scale up assistance for production.
• Train staff to enhance product and flavor knowledge.
