Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years in supply chain management.
• APICS certification a plus.
• People management experience is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and manage production and inventory plans.
• Lead S&OP planning meetings.
• Oversee packaging materials orders and delivery.
• Manage disposition of packaging quality defects.
• Minimize excess/obsolete inventory through reviews.
• Identify slow-moving products for discontinuation.
• Support forecasting and budgeting with production plans.
• Balance demand with production to minimize overtime.
• Manage customer service reporting for the supply chain team.
• Optimize finished goods distribution for on-time delivery.
• Participate in plant management, CI teams, and meetings.
• Support new product introductions and Prepacks/Displays.
• Respond to what-if planning scenarios for new products/customers.
• Ensure accurate physical inventory and audits.
• Maintain JDE data parameters in manufacturing.
• Identify and communicate food safety issues.
