Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc in Springdale, AR seeks a Blender to ensure the proper blend of concentrates per customer specs and uphold food safety/quality. Reports to the QA Supervisor at the Springdale location.

The role involves following blending guidelines, measuring ingredients, and performing regular quality checks. Shift is Sunday–Tuesday 6pm–6am and Wednesday 6pm–12am, with off days Thursday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months manufacturing experience; blender experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in mathematics.
• Ability to perform arithmetic in all units of measure and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow blending guidelines per formula sheet to meet specs.
• Match color and flavor; weigh and pump ingredients for batch.
• Perform quality checks (brix, acid, pH, sensory, color) before release.
• Use computer touch screen to fill batch tanks and manage inventory data.
• Taste test product as needed and ensure food safety/quality standards.
