The Spice & Tea Exchange of Sulphur is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome Guests and share our flavorful selection. This entry-level role focuses on the selling floor—learning product details, answering questions, processing transactions, and keeping the store inviting and organized.

You will engage Guests with curiosity about spices, teas, blends, and related products, help with merchandising, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering a memorable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Friendly, approachable disposition for guest engagement.
• Willingness to learn product information and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage Guests, creating a friendly in-store experience.
• Learn about products and assist Guests with questions, uses, and recommendations.
• Listen to Guest needs and suggest complementary items for a complete shopping experience.
• Accurately process purchases using the POS system.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish shelves and displays as needed.
• Keep product placement, pricing, labeling and merchandising organized and up-to-date.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment through routine upkeep.
• Follow store procedures and complete training.
• Assist with blending, packaging, stocking, and other store duties as needed.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by management.
