Job summary

The Watkins Company in Winona, MN is searching for a Full Time Compounder (1st shift: Mon-Thu 6:00am-4:30pm) to assist in creating Watkins flavor products. The role requires weighing, measuring, grinding, and blending raw materials to exact specifications while ensuring product consistency.

You will operate mixers and related equipment, monitor processes for color and texture, and maintain clean, sanitized production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience operating electrical and mechanical material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating Watkins flavor products.
• Weigh, measure, mix, and blend raw materials per specifications.
• Set up and adjust mixers, kettles, and other equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment to transfer product as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitized equipment and work areas.
• Record ingredient measurements and control numbers on worksheets.
