Job summary

Century-Furniture in Hickory, NC is seeking a sewing machine operator to join our upholstery team. You will operate sewing machines, join fabric pieces, follow specs, and maintain a tidy work area.

This role requires good hand–eye coordination, the ability to work with various fabrics, read instructions, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. High school diploma or GED preferred; prior sewing experience is a plus; safety policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• Experience with sewing is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow sewing specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
