Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Flatwork/Dry Fold associate to support the efficient processing of linens, including sheets and textiles. You will operate folding machines, inspect for stains or defects, and prepare items for packaging and dispatch.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety rules. Work closely with teammates to meet daily production targets and assist in training new staff as needed. Prior laundry experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to operate folding machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatwork folding machines and dry fold equipment to process laundered textiles according to company standards.
• Inspect textiles for stains, tears, or defects and report any issues to supervisors for resolution.
• Sort and organize folded items for packaging and distribution, ensuring accuracy in counts and order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and assist in training new employees as needed.
